No Guarantee
Kinyan is a direct-contact listing platform. We do not inspect, verify, guarantee, sell, finance, title, deliver, or warrant any car, seller, buyer, lease takeover, wanted post, price, mileage, VIN, title status, condition, history, or availability.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for checking any vehicle, seller, buyer, documents, title, lien, registration, lease terms, payment terms, and legal requirements before making a deal. Use your own judgment and get professional help when needed.
Real Listings Only
You may upload and post only real vehicles, real photos, accurate contact information, and truthful descriptions. Do not post fake listings, misleading photos, stolen content, scams, spam, illegal items, or anything you do not have permission to offer.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the site, attack the service, upload malicious files, scrape abusively, impersonate others, harass users, or use Kinyan for fraud or unlawful activity.
Account Removal
We may reject posts, remove listings, restrict features, suspend accounts, or close accounts at any time, with or without notice, especially if we believe the site, users, or listings may be at risk.
Limitation of Liability
Kinyan is provided as-is. We are not responsible for losses, disputes, damages, bad deals, inaccurate listings, failed communications, or any user conduct connected to use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Kinyan means you accept the updated terms.
